New LED Partnerships

The Zumtobel Group has forged a partnership with Cree that will enable Zumtobel to use Cree's high-brightness LED chips in new general lighting products and projects across all its brands, and also to enter new market segments for LED lighting. Manufacturer ilumisys is partnering with the State of Michigan to conduct and monitor the replacement of 200 fluorescent tubes in the state's Escanaba office building with three successive generations of LED lighting over a four-year period.
