125th Anniversary Gala

Fishing line was used to raise and lower the kite, which was attached to an existing light fixture in the dome's ceiling.

To celebrate Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture's 125th Anniversary Gala, lighting designer Linnaea Tillett worked with students to design a lighting installation in the main hall of Columbia's Low Library Rotunda.
