With support from the California Energy Commission, the California Lighting Technology Center has released "Lighting Electricity Use in California." This report provides a baseline assessment to support AB 1109-the Huffman Bill and the Lighting Efficiency and Toxins Reduction Act. The report outlines the method used to establish California’s 2007 lighting baseline as the state measures its progress toward meeting the benchmarks set forth in AB1109.
