Lighting company Fulham, a supplier of lighting components and electronics for commercial and vertical applications based in Hawthorne, Calif., has announced two new additions to its executive team: James Cooke as chief financial officer (CFO) and Russ Sharer as vice president of marketing. Cooke will oversee the company’s “…financial strategy, planning and management in support of its global growth and leadership goals.” Sharer will focus on solidifying “…the company’s strategic brand direction and oversee the development and execution of new marketing strategies designed to expand its customer base and strengthen the company’s market position.”

Prior to joining Fulham, Cooke was with the Hytwo Group, and before that Idatech Group, a global developer and manufacturer of fuel cells for the telecommunications industry. Sharer comes to Fulham from Sharer and Associates, the consulting firm he founded that specific focuses on start-up businesses.

Fulham produces “…intelligent, sustainable commercial lighting components and electronics for use in parking structure, signage, horticultural, UV and other applications. The company develops and manufactures a variety of award-winning LED and emergency products, as well as legacy products across multiple lighting platforms.” Headquartered in Hawthorne, Calif., the company also has sales and manufacturing facilities in London, China, India, and the United Arab Emirates.
