The National Lighting Bureau has announced the election of Robert W. Colgan Jr. as chairman. Colgan, who was interim chair at the end of 2008 when Doug Baillie retired from Acuity Brands Lighting, is the executive director of marketing for the National Electrical Contractors Association.
