Lighting manufacturer Acuity Brands, based in Conyers,Ga., has announced its 100 percent acquisition of DGLogik, a San Francisco Bay Area-based software solutions company. As noted in the press release, “DGLogik's solutions provide users with the intelligence to better manage energy usage and improve facility performance. Its customizable applications and dashboards allow users to easily visualize, analyze and optimize facility operations based upon various sets of data from multiple types of devices.” This move allows Acuity Brands to continue to build and expand its IoT solutions for “intelligent networked systems…”.
